Lee W Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 We had a voice against the parasites that tried to ruin this football club, and they did a fantastic job of uniting the fan base for a common cause, but where do we stand now ? Do we all sit here behind our keyboards, numbly typing our thoughts into a keyboard for weeks/years on end until the heart of this club is gone ? We can't go on like this. I'm just thinking out loud, but who represents the fans now when we really need them most. This cannot go on.....
New York Red Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 We have optimism now. The new regime isn;t here for three years. They will be here for ten years minimum. We have to let them assemble the team properly and deliberately.

Lee W Posted November 13, 2010 Author Posted November 13, 2010 Maybe the point is that they cannot be allowed to write off this season as a 'test case.' That is exactly the point. Torres and Reina or whoever (in their right mind) cannot afford to take a cotton-shoed approach to their careers. If I was a top-footballer with a career life-span of say 10 years, I'd be gone in June.

Standard in PL fallen away a fair a bit over the last few years. They need to appreciate the watch & learn approach is inappropriate just now.
