Stupid Excel f***ing 2007...

 

My regional settings are all set to US.

 

I have a column of dates, in US format.

 

When I format the column (choosing English U.S.) 10/3/09 comes out as 10 March 09 rather than 3 Oct 09 and 12/15/09 does nothing, stays as 12/15/09 rather than 15 Dec 09.
