Work question.

I got TUPE transferred last April from the civil service to an outside contractor.

 

I have the same rights as the staff in the building (civil servants) same pay terms rises etc for two years.

 

My boss has recently said I have to start wearing a polo t shirt with the new companys logo on.

 

But I reckon that I dont have to as I still have the rights of my last employers to wear what I like. (peep hole pringles).

 

Am not that bothered tho but does anyone know who is right?

 

Just my new boss is starting to be a bit of a prick about it and everyone likes clamping the boss.
