Who was it that got that Chelsea fan sacked?

There was a Chelsea fan spreading lies about Hillsborough on some American radio station. His name totally escapes me. One of the guys who used to post here went after him and eventually it resulted in the guy getting sacked.

 

Who was the forum poster that did that work? If they're not here anymore how can i contact them? Thanks

But he's a good guy. He did great work when it came to Cohen. The boycott worked a treat.

If so that kind of blows any plans of mine out of the water in regards to getting him involved in doing some good work - as he did with Cohen - in helping me get the message out across the pond that we want rid of Hicks and Gillet! well, i assume the message is out there but i'd like to get it OUT THERE!

4Pool is no massive fan of Hicks, believe me. But he does go to the same bar as them to watch games so he is a great resource to have. The LFCNY crowd were instrumental in making the boycott work, especially Duncan McVerry and Darragh Kennedy, as was Skippy John Jones from this site.

He wasn’t sacked. Couldn’t do that as he was self employed. However a lot of sponsors on his radio show choose not to renew with him after it was revealed to them the kind of person he was and what he’d been saying about Hillsborough and Heysel. Fox Soccer Channel also decided to not renew his part on a TV chat/review show due to the same reasons.

 

I have no idea what he’s doing now but he was unrepentant and opinionated to the end.

4pool took a lot of credit he didn't deserve, he was pretty involved though.

 

Conor - who was central to the NYSC, he's now in London - spearheaded much of it. He's a communications specialist and has a pretty extensive network. He can give you the full story, nuts & bolts and all.
