No. I think there are some decent refs.

 

Webb gets a huge number of big decisions wrong. He gives soft freekicks all over the pitch as well. But in the penalty area he is all over the f***ing place.

 

He used to be a good ref FWIW.

You can bet that with this being the first really big game he will take charge of following his leniency at the world cup final that someone will get sent off for a spurious challenge, just to show that he isn't seen as a soft touch. Odds on it being one of us - pretty short I would have thought.

I'll never forget his reaction when not giving an absolutely blatant pen for a foul on Gerrard v Arsenal last year. Preening nob.
