Fish is bloody great, isn't it? I've recently returned from Spain where I ate tons of fish and seafood. We all know food threads are great, right? Let's have one about fish!

 

Recipes, favourites, great occasions on which you've consumed the fruits of the seas and rivers of this great planet of ours.

 

For example, I had a magnificant (and massive) piece of monkfish in the delightful Spanish fishing town of Ribadesella. I also had razor clams for the first time (navajas). They were cracking too.

 

Had a lot of Sea Bass too, simply cooked in splendid olive oil.

 

Let's have it.
