worm/trojan removal

Bird's computer has a worm of some description that is redirecting search results regardless of the browser used.

 

She's got anti-virus and I've run spy-bot but I recall there being another program specifically designed to get rid of this type of malware but can't recall the name. I'd search for it but...

 

Java already installed, hammer at the ready...
