Martin Kaymer and Bubba Watson clubhouse leaders in on -11, Dustin Johnson goes down the very tough last on -12.

 

Whistling Straights is a mad course, there are 1200 bunkers around the place and some are the other sides of the ropes, so spectators have been walking around in the bunkers and Johnson doesn't realise he's in one for his second shot after he carves it into the crowd - it just looks like a kind of waste patch.

 

He grounds his club before hitting the ball, and after the hole has finished (he took a bogey to finish -11 as well) gets a 2 shot penalty! Golf really is a cruel game.

 

Kaymer and Watson in the 3 hole playoff anyway, Watson one ahead after the first hole.
