i have two dogs a 2 y/o alaskan malamute and 2 y/o White german shepard both in good health except odd thing but 10 minutes ago german shepard went all wobbly and collapsed outside unresponsive (like deep sleep) then after calling vet and what not ....... jumped up and started playing again ....... weird ass incident

 

what should i do she seem fine now( took her for quick around the block run fine ) do i take her out of hours vet or keep eye on here til the morning ??? and take her then
