Murph, posting here rather than the Torres Gerrard thread.

 

You mentioned Mill Ride GC. I live about 5 mins from there. Never played there yet and chose to join Windlesham instead, down by Bagshot. Many people leaving Mill Ride at the moment actually.

 

Smart area as you say - was pleased to find out when I moved down that the area seems to be the second home of golf after St Andrews.

 

My membership is on hold due to arrival of nipper, but happy to play a round at Windlesham if you've not played there. Course is in excellent condition as the owners are investing quite heavily when others are struggling.

 

Aren't you tied to Ascot FC in some way??
