BDB Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 (edited) He's dissing him! it looks like he has the same kinda skills like Riera when he dribbels.. Edited July 29, 2010 by BDB
stressederic Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 He's a what now? http://twitter.com/RyanBabel/status/19851813146 Whatever that thought was, it echoed whilst it was in there.
Zoob Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Turning up for training early is a good gesture. Find it funny that he watched the game on a stream like the rest of us did.
Hodgson for Chelsea Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Is it true he's the player Rafa fell out with Pako about signing? If so that really backfired didn't it?
ajams Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Ha, he's not the brightest is he? To be fair to him he comes across as enthusiastic enough. I'd like to roll out the cliches about his potential and how he might improve under a different manager, but I'm kind of past that with him now....
Maldini Posted July 30, 2010 Author Posted July 30, 2010 (edited) Is it true he's the player Rafa fell out with Pako about signing? If so that really backfired didn't it? There was talk that they disagreed about a signing alright but the story going around at the time was Pako was talking to other clubs about a move and never told Rafa. That and the fact he was too matey with Mourinho. Edited July 30, 2010 by Maldini
Spion kop Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I don't think he's mocking Jovanavic, i reckon he genuinely thought he was striker and is confused. I also love the way despite being dutch he speaks like an English chav.
Frosty Jack Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 he's a tool. whatever he meant by this. he's a f***ing tool.
JRC Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I don't think he's mocking Jovanavic, i reckon he genuinely thought he was striker and is confused. Agree - it reads more like a question about where he is playing than his ability. I haven't seen anything of the game, so I don't know if him asking the question is a more worrying indication of Babel's lack of understanding of tactical roles and responsibilities - albeit not exactly unprecedented in his own performances
kop205 Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I don't think he's mocking Jovanavic, i reckon he genuinely thought he was striker and is confused. Butr surely the point is - why the f*** is he talkling about it on twitter, whether it was genuine confusion, admiration for the way he played in a different position, or some sort of sly dig.
drdooom Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 It means he wasn't worried about losing his place to Jokanovic before but now he suddenly is.
slapnuts Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 what a loser. Doesnt sound very confident of getting a start does he? I thought Babel preferred to play upfront anyway so this could work out better for him........ if he was any good like!
McBain Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I don't think he's mocking Jovanavic, i reckon he genuinely thought he was striker and is confused. I imagine a lot of things confuse our Ryan
Frosty Jack Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 the players should be f***ing banned from using twitter
Stevie H Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 the players should be f***ing banned from using twitteri'm surprised it's not to be honest. unmanaged external comms mechanism and that. would've thought the club would be on top of that stuff.
Hassony Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Can't see what's the fuss about this tweet to be honest
Frosty Jack Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 i'm surprised it's not to be honest. unmanaged external comms mechanism and that. would've thought the club would be on top of that stuff. if it hadn't been run like a joke shop since before twitter began, they probably would be
Maldini Posted July 30, 2010 Author Posted July 30, 2010 He told a story the other day about falling asleep in the back of a taxi, refusing to pay the fare and ending up in a police station for 7 hours.
Frosty Jack Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Can't see what's the fuss about this tweet to be honest like most tweets, pointless.in this case, unprofessional, open to negative interpretation. he needs to f***ing grow up.
