I know I am likely about twelvety years behind on this but he (or someone being him) and his two more famous sidekicks were on the radio the other day pushing a DVD - of a cartoon of a podcast

 

Erm. Stupid question. Is it for real? I cottoned on to "The Office" but I am still unsure whether this is a creation/act or whether Mr Pilkington really is a grumpy arl luddite with issues
