although it is a damn good filim....

 

Anyway, RBM's reaction to me suggesting he uses Soy Milk got me thinking.....

 

 

What type(s) of milk do you use? For me it's only full-fat. Although after training, I drink choccy milk - more energy in it than a banana & it's osmotic potential makes it a faster rehydrater than water - although I top up with water too....but that's all besides the point

 

But these days there are millions of types...

 

Full fat

semi-skimmed - 2%

Skimmed - 1%

Fat Free - water

Soy

Goats

 

Then in some places you can get unpasteurized, never had that mind.

 

Wonder if any oddballs will admit to Soy millk
