What happened to players getting booked for not making decent progress off the pitch when being subbed off? It used to be that if you didn't trot off, you were done for timewasting. Now they sprint like loons for 65 minutes and get subbed and can then barely lift one foot in front of the other. While managing to shake the hands of all their team-mates en-route to the 4th official

 

wtf is it with every player who is subbed off, without exception, doing a high five or fist bump with the vast entourage that spends the match on the bench? I blame the US of A for it

What miraculously happened to all the flags of St George stuck on car windows?

 

There was a forest of them last week and they were rarer than a Frank Lampard goal yesterday
