Ice cream making

Mrs.Clown bought 'me' an ice cream maker for our anniversary the other week. No ulterior motives there at all. No sirree. Anyways, I've got quite into - churning out a coupld of litres a week, two different flavours. Started off on a basic vanilla. Got a bit more adventurous last with a vanilla with loads of minstrels chopped into it and then a raspberry and blackberry licqueur one. This afternoon I have made an earl grey tea one and that will be followed up by a lemon and mascarpone one.

 

Anyone else do this Any decent recipes to share?
