can't get ITV.com in work, BBC ok for the matches they are showing.... Preferably not needing a tvu or similar download, as the system admin b******s won't allow that....

If it's on the blink, do the following:

 

1. Open the page up.
2. When it's not working correctly, hit the monitor/laptop it on the sides (both sides) with the palm of your hands.
3. If that doesn't sort it out, wiggle the antenna a bit to see if it starts working.
4. If that doesn't sort it, then stop....hammer time.
