ajit Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 This topic is not about discussing his pros and cons.Thank you Rafa for making us a force around the world again. I will never forget the years and memories you have given us. Will always root for you in your future endeavours.YNWA
Tones Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Yeah surprised we didnt get a thread for this yesterday. Id like to thank rafa for all the memories he has given us. The 2 CL finals including that unbelievable and unforgettable night. The Semi Final and the quarter final he got us to when we were unlucky not to go further. For making us ranked No. 1 in Europe. For getting us our highest league points total. For getting a new record for consecutive Liverpool wins. For getting us Pepe Reina, Fernando, Mascherano and the others. Why did we sack him again? Thanks for everything Rafa. Best of luck for your future which looks a lot brighter than ours.
sean Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Well in. A true Liverpool manager. Conducted himself very well ruight the way through. Humility and consideration.

allawee Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 YNWA Rafa. Thanks for the memories, thanks for Istanbul and Athens. Thanks for the 4-1 against the scum and the 4-0 against Real. Best of luck in your new venture. One thing for sure, we will both survive and excel in the future.
pipnasty Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 I;ve heard he has his leaving do's at the Golf Club in Caldy He's had a few there now.
RazorUK Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Thanks for everything Rafa. It's a shame your reign was undermined by the 2 c**** that are still at the club. You did a great job with your hands tied, I'd have loved to see you manage the club without those restraints. All the best for the future. YNWA
Foxtrot Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Got a horrible feeling we'll regret letting him go. Adios hombre, YNWA We sure will. How much did Real pay to get Mourinho? And how much did we pay to get rid of Rafa? We are in absolute shambles. Thanks for everything Rafa. Wonder if we ever become as good again.
Dmitch Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Thanks big guy your a true great of modern Football and i for one will miss you! The tabloid generation may be slagging you off now because of a force the undermimed you that they cant see but i bet there tone changes when we continue the slide under some manager half as good as yourself!
Lee W Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Rafa will be remembered as one of the greats: For what he achieved at the start, and what he fought for at at the end.
David Hodgson Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Rafa will be remembered as one of the greats: For what he achieved at the start, and what he fought for at at the end. What, the £16m pay off? What a trooper. Ah, only joking. Gawd bless ya Rafa. Time will prove me an ingrate, I well know, and you gave me far more good times than bad. Best of British sir.

Billy Dane Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Thanks for the memories, you are probably the best thing Parry ever did for Liverpool! Just a shame he then went and f***ed it all up by opening the door to the Americans. Without that I think you may have even surpassed Istanbul. Always a legend. YNWA
AnfieldCop Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Thanks for everything Rafa ! You are a true Red!! Sad you where let down by those two c#nts YNWA
sionred Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 Thanks Rafa you got under whiskey noses skin so you must have done someting right. Thanks for not being a yes man as well. I have a feeling we will regret this decision. I think Gerard will go now anyway so much for having to let him go for player power.
Billy Talbot Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 I'm so disgusted with the way the the club as conducted itself I'm finding it hard to be flippant about what a loss to us Rafa is and will be. I'm gutted. YNWA Rafa.
Flasher Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 Thanks for fighting for everything LFC stands for Rafa. Always a legend to me.
Kahnee Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 Dunno if this has been posted elsewhere: Paul Tomkins article
