Case Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Gutted Rafa is going while those c)cks are still here, but, given that he is, and given the circumstances of our Financial constraints (let alone the unknowns), who has the best chance of getting us to 4th or better next season who could be a REALISTIC target for us) I'll start ..... Moyes.
Tones Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Dont think Moyes is realistic, and would make me feel sick him getting the job after the things he has said in the past about our club.

Go f*** yourself.
Epic Swindle Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I sense it will be Hodgson. Cheap, experienced, and likely to jump at the chance even with budget constraints.
Gomez Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Gutted Rafa is going while those c)cks are still here, but, given that he is, and given the circumstances of our Financial constraints (let alone the unknowns), who has the best chance of getting us to 4th or better next season who could be a REALISTIC target for us) I'll start ..... Moyes. With a negative investment in the squad, we have no chance of 4th next season, regardless of who the manager is. Depending on the magnitude of that negative number, our realistic target is anywhere between 17th and 6th.
The Invisible Man Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Pelligrini or Bilic for me. No chance of them though
Jarg Armani Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Out of the realistic targets I'd have had Avram Grant to be honest, I like the man. It'll probably be Kenny, I really don't want it to be though, for a variety of reasons, and in fact I'd love it if he severed his ties with the club until the Americans go.
Alonso Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Any of these but unlikely: Qique Sanchez Flores, Michael Laudrup, Luciano Spalletti, Didier Deschamps, Leonardo, Felix Magath, Frank Rijkaard, Mauricio Pellegrini, Zico, Jorge Jesus!

Hightown Phil Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Take yours heads out of your backsides and stop living in a dreamworld. It'll be someone unemployed who has no reputation to ruin and doesn't mind being a nodding dog.

john_lfc Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 David Moyes? f*** off Whats he ever won? My answer aswell is Kenny Dalglish, lets get a bit of passion back into the club, for the short term at least
Sion Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Would have thought Hiddink was an obvious. Obvious if you're completely oblivious to what he's just done the past few weeks.

My answer aswell is Kenny Dalglish, lets get a bit of passion back into the club, for the short term at least Kenny shouldn't be in anything but an advisory role. It would be a ridiculous decision after being out of the game for so long, so I wouldn't put it past it happening.

whitewidow Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I hope Kenny doesn't go anywhere near it. Hodgson, Bilic, Laudrup, Blanc for me - probably none of them realistic given the ownership situation.
john_lfc Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Kenny shouldn't be in anything but an advisory role. It would be a ridiculous decision after being out of the game for so long, so I wouldn't put it past it happening. Doesn't matter how long he's been out the game for
Epic Swindle Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Doesn't matter how long he's been out the game for Of course it does. Lets get Ronnie Moran back while we're at it.
Gomez Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Obvious if you're completely oblivious to what he's just done the past few weeks. But lets face it, his apparent commitment to another team is hardly the biggest stumbling block to our attracting a top class manager.
