Attractive bars in town

A friend of mine is an interior designer for bars in Sheffield. She is coming to Liverpool later with her boss to have a look what sort of thing is trendy for hip young things in terms of bar design and has asked me to give her some directions.

 

I can't think of much outside the Heebie's/Peacock/Alma triangle now Korova's gone, I know there's some big wigs on here, where else should i be telling her to go?
