Gapless ripping in Windows Media Player

Is it possible to rip a mix CD to WMP 11 without it putting gaps between each track?

 

I know you can do it on itunes but for some reason my MP3 player (Sony NWZ X1060) doesn't show up on itunes - if someone could help with that it'd be handy too!
