We had these earlier in the season, usually with the caveat of "give him until the end of the season" well here we are, I'm interested to see how people feel now.

Keep him but not for footballing reasons. Stability is key in a tumultuous situation such as our own and Rafa is the only man I can see fighting for the good of the club and it's supporters.

Are you forgetting that he's one of the worlds most coveted managers?

Aye, thats where i am. he probably deserves the sack after the seasonwe had on the pitch, but earns a reprieve from me for sticking it up to those c**** in charge

New owners, stable financial footing, new CEO and then think about the footballing side of things. I don't think its realistic to change ownership, boardroom AND manager plus coaches in one fell swoop. The players would have no contact, no touchstone with the club and would be ripe for offers from other clubs. At least if the manager and coaches are there, its some semblance of stability for now.

Keep him. He's better than he's shown this season and should have enough credit based on previous good work to try and turn it round. But KEEP HIM because he's the only person in senior management who gives a flying f*** about the club and its values.

Deserves a chance to turn it around and has a track record of being able to do so. Also it may be moot given the probable lack of cash for transfers, but I reckon LFC + Europa League + Rafa would be more attractive to transfer targets than LFC + Europa League + any of the other likely replacements (and I don't count a certain Portugese fella as a likely replacement).

Don't sack him, if he tries to leave don't stop him.

That's my opinion too. Too expensive to sack but have lost faith in his ability here

(edit: that's not a votable option so I didn't vote)

You're persistant mate.

I've voted over "here", but won't over in TLW.

And, he should be given one more season.

Bigger problems we have than him, tbh.

keep him - given all the turmoil this year he deserves another chance, but he needs to be given support of board and financial backing or we all need to moderate our expectations to being a mid table club as City/Spurs etc all invest further

I'm coming at it from a different perspective. I can't think of a better, viable alternative but if he isn't 100% into the job then he should go, and I couldn't blame him.

keep him. give him a chance to win Clegg around.

Or we might end up with Nick Griffin running on the pitch doing keepy uppy, with the full backing of Hicks and Gillet.

also need to put a stop to all this dirty laundry being aired in the media - the vultures like Winter and circling and our club is becoming a laughing stock with rent a quote morons defining the agenda as dark figures within the club stir it up.

We are losing credibility and the constant harping and undermining is almost as damaging as the lack of investment. if Rafa stays there needs to be some kind of PR offensive to change the story and stop the personal attacks on Rafa which the media seem to believe are acceptable. we need to start doing a Demento and banning media outlets who are out of order - might be a long list!

Weird this

He clearly cant continue with the current owners. So you would think 'sack him'. Except the idea of these two parasites sacking a man such as Rafa makes me go cold. If we get new investment i would want a new man in place (provided he was a step forward) that could begin a new era at the club but that seems very unlikely in time for any sort of planning for next season

Clear as mud, as usual

Frankly, I dont think he has lost his ability. But I do wish he gets a "man manager" as his assistant to do some people management of the players.
