Anyone cycle much on here?

 

Any time I cycle a lot of miles I get a pain under my neck and to the right near my shoulder blade. Just on that side.

 

My mate has got the same I was wondering if anyone knows if this is common and what I can do (apart from stopping cycling) to stop it happening?
