After we lost the 1st Leg to Lille - He whinged like a b1tch...we went through. We lost the 1st leg to Benfica, he didn't watch the game but texted me anyway from the golf course how it's all Rafa's fault and we should get Martin O'Neil or 'Arry. We beat Benfica 4-1 in the return leg and he's all quiet. Fans like these p1ss me off. Feckin OOCs.
Stevie H Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 we have absolutely no cash to insert into brown envelopes so 'appy 'arry wouldn't touch us with a bargepole. he's out of our league.

drdooom Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 At least he wouldn't be not talking about our players.
Redkop Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 If Harry Redknapp was announced as our next manager - there'd be a load of fans seeking professional, psychiatric help.
Conrad Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 we'd be down to the bare bones i'd rather redknapp than o'neill lesser of...
Epic Swindle Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Slightly harsh. He's a good manager and has got Spurs close to fullfilling their potential. Tactically last night they were spot on.
Flasher Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 We would see bright attacking football, innit and we would sign, sell, and re-sign the same players over and over and over....
Andy @ Allerton Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 I'd be disappointed if we lost Rafa, but assuming he decided to go to a club that actually matched his ambitions, Redknapp wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd be happy that we'd avoided O'Neill and Mourinho.

Why? Its very odd that you hate a corrupt cockney wide boy less than a fella who jumps up and down a bit Redknapp would be my least favourite choice. I'd rather you got the job. But embarrasingly i don't think Redknapp would comeTurned down by Harry Redknapp, can you imagine

He likes being the underdog, where nothing is expected and everything is a bonus. Question is - can anyone think of one british manager who should he be appointed you would say, "excellent, really looking forward to this"????

stressederic Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Our financial problems are bad enough as it is without Harry coming along and taking his cut of everything.

Dalglish.I know people disagree, I know all the reasons why not, but it would just be an emotional and ace appointment.
