Google problem

Looks like I have some malware or something installed itself...

 

Google search works fine, click through once I get to the site I want to get to. Click a second search result and I end up all over the place. Random shopping sites, US home sites and the like

 

I have a full AVG installed and just ran a full Spybot and fix. No solution found. Any ideas anyone?

 

Just a google issue - fine on Yahoo and Dogpile searches...
