Premier League and Champions League

Do you think that playing the Premier League from August through March followed by the Champions league being a 13 game season in April and May would work? The Champions League would be more reflective of how an individual team is playing in that season. Plus it sort of really builds a season up into a crescendo.

 

What would be the pros and cons of it in your opinion?

I don't think it would work for Champions League football, they should do it for international football though.

Also can you imagine how fat someone like Mido will get if he has a four month break every summer?
