I for one reckon the introduction of a reknowned dietician/chef to the club would work wonders for the morale and general fitness of the club. I still do think this is an area of science that is under-utilised by many managers, with the typical football diet just being about pastas and the odd bit of fruit.

I think Rafa has a niche here for which he can be remembered. If he brings diet to the forefront of Liverpool he could start a brand new effective approach within football. Just think - players that get the correct nutrition will be happier and more inclined to play well.

I would propose the inclusion of certain vegetables in the diet.

Carrots - to help our players see better at the night matches.

Potatoes - Provide a lot of starch and go well with many things, making it ideal for a varied diet.

Beans - enough of these and our players would have a lot more gust(o).

Bananas - these contain a lot of essential vitamins and proteins to encourage growth. Larger quantities for smaller players.

Cooked ham - Easy to prepare in a sandwich and quite nutritious.

Tea/ Coffee - The caffeine would provide our players with a nice energy boost and keep them alert.

I am thoroughly looking forward to this discussion as to how food an improve the woes of Liverpool. Feel free to agree/disagree/comment upon any of the points ive raised.

A big bowl of alphaghetti. Maybe a slice of toast as an accompaning side.

Look, I detect a certain tone from your post. If you wish to mock me, can you do it elsewhere and allow this thread to stay on topic?

bet Torres is tucking into a Kebab with 8 tinnies right now, Gerrard is scranning a pukka pie while nailing half a bottle of Bourbon (coz he thinks it's sophisticated) and Masch is foregoing food & caning just vodka

I heard Rafa lost the changing room when he tried to get the players to eat there greens ,

And Jay was sent to Leicester as he was sussed with the note from his mum that he can only eat egg & chips was forged

Fletch needs a spreadsheet with calories eaten by player, compared to calories eaten by players sold. Is the net calories eaten better or worse than last season?

Carrots don't help you see well in the dark. It was a myth started during the 2nd World War to cover up the existence of airborne radar for night fighters. And to get children to eat carrots.
