Just had Jay's mum on..

She said Jay had a terrible time getting down to Leicester. Jay is banned from driving at the moment for persistent handbrake turns in the Aldi carpark in birkenhead so he needed a lift down with all his stuff. Nabil El Zhar said he'd take him after training in his souped up Vectra, and then go out on the blimp with Jack Hobbs in Leicester. But Nabil got pulled on the way down cos the bizzies reckoned his Vectra was invovled in a drive by in Speke the week before. So they seized the car and Jay and Nabil were left on the side of the road with all of Jay's stuff trying to hitch the rest of the way but noone would pick them up. Now Jay reckons this was becuase he had so much gear, but Jay's ma reckons it was more likely to be cos Jay's sign said 'Leicester: No Blues, Blerts or Benders', or cos Nabil wouldn't get in a car with 's**** alloys'. Anyway in the end they had to call Ste Irwin © whose uncle has a van and he agreed to take them down for a score and a free night out. The manager wasn't happy with him missing the first day of training so he was only on the bench in midweek. But Jay reckons he's defo starting tomorrow cos he's 'seen the other midfielders in training and they're all gash'. So get on Jay first scorer tomorrow

But am I the only one who didn't know he'd gone down there?

Nope. I hope he stays there though, for a fee of course. He's never going to make it I'm afraid.

He didn't start and they're 1 nil down within 20 minutes. OG by one of the players Jay might have replaced in the team.

That'll teach them

Leicester City Council statistics already show that opportunity thefts from houses, ID fraud, complaints to Trading Standards about 'dodgy roofers', car torching, phone calls to the Loan Shark hotline, pregancy in both the 'under 18' & '45 plus' categories and visits to the GUM clinic have more than doubled. On a more positive note... sixty three kittens have been rescued from trees (they clearly haven't realised how they got there in the first place).

You have to respect that.
