New TV, advice

Was set to get an LCD (37") but the man in the shop today persuaded me to think more about Plasma - he says the colours look more natural and they're better for sport etc. He recommended a Panasonic 37" TX-P37X10B Viera or it's successort which is coming out soon apparently.

 

Anyone know anything about LCD vs Plasma or indeed this particular TV?
