Maldini Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 My vote goes to Mamady Sidibe, his miss just now was classic. Never seen him do anything except be big.
Zoob Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 My vote goes to Mamady Sidibe, his miss just now was classic. Never seen him do anything except be big. He's pretty good at being big though - you can't take that away from him. I think Fuller's miss (at 1-1) was worse. Sidibe slipped over, was a bit unlucky. Fuller's miss was just horrible - one of those where it's easier to score than to sky it as he did.
Swipe Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Bendtner is up there for me. Well, in terms of "s**** players at big clubs". Awful player, IMO.
Nerik Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Bendtner does have the occasional good game in which one can see a glimpse of potential.
Superjay Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Erm the answer is Michael Brown. No footballing ability at all, just a complete s***house.
Maldini Posted March 20, 2010 Author Posted March 20, 2010 Bendtner? Hibbert? They're relatively s*** but they're not proper s***. Sidibe's like a rugby second-row trying to play football.
Nerik Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 That striker Wigan bring on in every game and who barely touches a ball..........aargh forget his name. Scotland!
Cunny Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Keith Andrews at Blackburn. He's surely a Jim'll Fix It winner.
Logic Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Hermann Hreiðarsson should get an honourable mention in this list. When Pompey are relegated he will have played for 5 teams IIRC that have been relegated from the Premiership. Which is a record I think.
deacon Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Hibbert's a good shout. Truly s***. But the worst is Dawson for Hull. Just looks way out of his depth. Now I know he's not rubbish, but if we're talking about overrated players, Ballack's got to be top of the list. Whenever I watch Chelsea, I barely notice him on the pitch, he just does nothing. So ineffectual.
CarraLegend Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 paul mcshane has to be up there hes muck Theres the winner. He is hopeless.
Sion Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Paul McShane is truly awful. As are most of Hull's players. Fagan, Zayatte, FolanKeith Andrews is really bad as well
Maldini Posted March 20, 2010 Author Posted March 20, 2010 McShane is awful, but I've seen him have some amazing games when the game suits him and the whole game is head tennis and tackles. Sidibe is way worse.
Ste M Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 I ended up on Turf Moor the other Wednesday watching Burnley v Stoke - Sidibe is the correct answer. I don't think he'd get a game in the Conference.
Sion Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Michael Owen. I think they have to play in the PL to get mentioned.
Foo Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 Erm the answer is Michael Brown. No footballing ability at all, just a complete s***house. I considered posting him, so I will agree with you. Odious, horrible, plain s**** footballer. In every way. I cannot stand him.
Hightown Phil Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 On McShane, the other year we played Sunderland. They had a back four of Greg Halford, Paul McShane, Nyron Nosworthy and Ross Wallace. We only scored two. How?
Benzo-13 Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 (edited) McShane is probably the winner but for me Micah Richards gets an honourable mention for having the positional sense of a one legged, one eared drunk against Giggs this season.Made him look like Pelé in every game!! Edited March 21, 2010 by Benzo-13
New York Red Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Even though he isn't playing any more, Carlton Palmer is still the worst player in the Prem.
Stevie H Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 i'd have daniel cousin up there. never looked like a footballer, just a clumsy, lumbering f*ck.
fyds Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Robert Huth merits a mention, as does Liam Ridgewell.
