You can't help thinking Rafa has run out of ideas - hence the stubborn refusal to drop Kuyt and break-up the Masch-Lucas pairing, even though its clear that having a midfield with those three in tandem is going to result in Torres and Gerrard living off scraps. Even if he was given the chance to turn this around with another season and a cash injection this summer I'm not convinced he could.
