IPL on ITV

Will the IPL being on terrestrial TV result in more fans moving towards the limited overs format of the game and be a threat to test cricket. Any chance of the clubs twinning with clubs like somerset, lancs etc to boost the appeal and support by affiliation.. Will it far better than it did on Setanta.. It was well supported in SA so it will probably gain roots here with the international stars on show.
