Thailand in October..

Current holiday plan for 2010 is to go to the Singapore Grand Prix at the end of September, and then on to somewhere else from there.

 

Now Thailand looks like the obvious place - close enough for flights, cheap etc etc. But it would seem like there's a good chance it's monsoon

season. So is it worth the risk?

 

Any other suggestions of places to go for sun/relaxing from Singapore? 10th Wedding Anniversary is October 6. so it all comes together nicely aside

from finding somewhere to go.

 

We would have redone the honeymoon, but to get to Tahiti from Singapore you have to fly to Japan, or the US, or NZ - which is not at all worth it having

already flown from San Francisco to Singapore.
