Chile Earthquake - help in tracing missing person

Hi all - this is Big Wayne's lovely lady - he told me to log in as him to ask for help.

 

My mate's step daughter has been in Chile on holiday. They heard this morning that during the earthquake she was involved in a car accident and has been taken to an intensive care unit with spinal injuries. The consulate are unable to locate her on any hospital lists.

 

They're waiting to hear back from the police at the moment but are going out of their minds with worry, understandably. Does anyone know of anything else they can be doing to locate her and check on her condition? Can anyone help?
