Always dangerous on here but.... advice required

My mate Rog from work was properly stitched up by some woman on e-bay last week. He is out for revenge. He has her e-mail address, her e-bay account name, her real name and her son's mobile phone number. He also knows she lives in and around London but is about to move abroad and is selling a plot of land she owns in Wales.

 

It seems like a package that is ripe for abise or exploitation one way or another..... so how should he get back at her?
