Restaurant/Hotel Jobs in UK

I've been in the states for 18 years and am ready to come home... I don't think it's any coincidence that we haven't won the league since I left, so if you can help you'd be part of us regaining our crown.

 

Seriously, if anyone has any contacts in the hospitality industry that they could get me in touch with, or any needs of their own if they're in the industry, I'd be most appreciative. Tried several places on job sites, but I keep reading editorials about those jobs getting hundreds of applications a day, and most of the time the hiring manager ignores them and goes with a contact.

 

I've got 10 years experience as management, 4 of them as a multi-unit operator (one year with 9 restaurants, 3 years with 55 restaurants), and I opened my own place for a couple of years. Then the economy crashed and we went down with it.
