Whenever there's a debate about alcohol and 'binge Britain' the BBC always seem to wheel out this odd little man named Don Shenker. Has anyone seen him, or rather heard him try to pronounce 'drinks industry'. ?

 

He's a bad balloon. He may have some valid points about alcohol but nobody could take him seriously. Have a listen My link
