We wont have played for 8 days by the time of the game.

 

We really should win this competition, the only team that looks really awkward is Valencia and theyve got to get past Bremen in the next round anyway. The others are all just "decent" the likes of Juve, Roma, Shakhtar etc. Of course this depends on us staying in form and being motivated as we dont tend to bother against s***ty european sides and find ourselves in trouble ie this season and the Besiktas/Marseille season.

Exactly, winning these games is the best thing to help us win league games rather than have Gerrard and co sitting on their a*** watching us struggle or go out.
