SkippyjonJones Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Do we have to put up with him ?don't waste any time will ya Kev. games not finished and you are starting already...
Red Kent Posted February 10, 2010 Author Posted February 10, 2010 We can beat Everton with 10 men but not Arsenal. What does the management see in him that noone else does. Might as well pick someone out the crowd and put them upfront.
SkippyjonJones Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 What does the management see in him that noone else does. I don;t know mate - I thought you had all the answers
Red Kent Posted February 10, 2010 Author Posted February 10, 2010 It's a shame we don't have Owen up frontTo right I don;t know mate - I thought you had all the answersWhen it comes to him I do. I would not play him in a charity 5 a side
carrafan Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 The gap between our midfield and forward was just too much today. I wasnt surprised Ngog struggled to get anything out of it.
Gerrardrules Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 I wasnt surprised Ngog struggled to get anything out of it. Is that because of the lack of quality Ngog has?
billybunter Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 How utterly predictable. We lose and you are back with the usual s***.
stressederic Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) N'gog has more than pulled his weight this season and has scored some pretty important goals for us when everyone around him has been s***. This is a really s***ty thread to start during a game as well. Edited February 10, 2010 by stressederic
Hassony Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 How utterly predictable. We lose and you are back with the usual s***. pathetic isn't
carrafan Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) Is that because of the lack of quality Ngog has? No its because Ngog isnt that kind of player. He hasnt developed (both physically and experience wise) to play as a lone striker, especially as one who can lead the line in games like these where 9 of our players are in our half and he has to pluck a hoof out of mid air against a couple of centrebacks and hopefully find the one liverpool player in his half. Guy_Incognito Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 See this is why we get f***ing pissed off with you and your lad. We beat Everton and you're nowhere to be seen. We lose and I switch on the computer as soon as the full time whistle goes and there's already a thread from you. And before you start, yes you could batter me.
Nate. Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Do we have to put up with him ? Hopefully not as long as we have to put up with you.
JGL Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Who else should play then? Kuyt has been even worse when playing up front by himself. Babel? Pacheco?
Sion Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 I'm glad you started a new thread. I always enjoy your balanced opinions and a quality post like this would get lost in the dedicated match thread or one of the previous many other Ngog threads.

Red Kent Posted February 10, 2010 Author Posted February 10, 2010 So you are all happy with Ngog then ? That brilliant performance against Stoke only matched by tonight. He is s***, no strength, no ability in the air, less control than Kuyt. Every time the ball went to him and it came straight back.

He is s***, no strength, no ability in the air, less control than Kuyt. Every time the ball went to him and it came straight back. Alternatively we could pick up on any of the games this season where N'gog has done well for himself and the team. Actually why bother. Lets start a thread slating one of our players before a f***ing game has finished and then point to that match at Stoke as proof of a players s***ness.
Hassony Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 nice little dig from souness on webb "looks good, but lots of mistakes tonight"
McBain Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Regardless of the thread starter or people's opinions of him, Ngog is f***ing awful Can't hold it up, can't shoot, can't head, can't pass.

Sion Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Pulled his weight, apart from the dive against Brum and the goal against United, I am struggling to think of other times. you do know he's only 20 and cost 500k?
