Walking up Stanley Park towards the stadium behind about 20 lads and me and my mate got a torrent of abuse. Started with all of them singing:

 

"I'm a Liverpool fan, I'm from PAKIstan,...."

 

and then:

 

"Everton are all white!"

 

followed by:

 

"Niggerpool! Nigggerpooool!"

Sadly, their history precedes them - even though now they probably have more black players on their books than we do - a true measure of their own fecund idiocy.

Thats really f*cking bad - Everton have got a nasty hardcore support. Have lots of blue mates though and its not fair to tar them all with the same brush - many would be ashamed at that kind of behaviour. My best man was a blue actually, and he's as good a lad as you could meet anywhere.

 

Imagine most of the scouse lads on here will have mates who are blues. Sometimes sections of our support do things I'm ashamed of.

They were getting right riled at the Steau flag. Trying to take the moral highground, saying the press have ignored a disgusting act from us fans etc... Ignoring the justice for heysel flag in their end and that one that made an appearance a bit ago with the Heysel victims names on it, coupled with an everton badge.

Well, I for one clearly remember our fans throwing bananas at John Barnes when he was taking a corner for Watford at Anfield. A lot of football fans are scumbags and we've always had our fair share too
