Risotto

Well into making risotto lately. I'd always assumed it was very tricky but to my surprise its one of the easiest dishes you could make. At the moment i'm a bit stuck on seafood made from 200g of frozen mixed seafood that you get in supermarkets.

 

I need a bit of variety before I get bored of making it and then teach myself to make samosas (filo pastry was reduced to 75p a pack so i've got loads in the freezer and dunno what to do with them yet.)

 

Made a roast chicken and sage risotto the other day which was grand but a bit too strongly flavoured with chicken. Does anyone else make risotto and have other recipes I can have a go at ?

 

PS (on the subject of food, the hairy bikers series is fun. They just featured Estonian food which looked interesting.)
