Falconhoof Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Well into making risotto lately. I'd always assumed it was very tricky but to my surprise its one of the easiest dishes you could make. At the moment i'm a bit stuck on seafood made from 200g of frozen mixed seafood that you get in supermarkets. I need a bit of variety before I get bored of making it and then teach myself to make samosas (filo pastry was reduced to 75p a pack so i've got loads in the freezer and dunno what to do with them yet.) Made a roast chicken and sage risotto the other day which was grand but a bit too strongly flavoured with chicken. Does anyone else make risotto and have other recipes I can have a go at ? PS (on the subject of food, the hairy bikers series is fun. They just featured Estonian food which looked interesting.)
