I think some of us have touched on this in various threads but i think Rafa has taken on too much responsibility. He's trying to manage the whole club and it's impossible.

He's a manager who prepares for games down to the second. Throughout his career he's outhought more celebrated managers ( in Spain, there's more time to prepare between games )

Since taking on the responsibility of the non-senior players i think he's lost much of his tactical advantage.

He needs a change in coaching staff.

Is it too late ?

And this is in the wrong forum :hmm:

I'd say its too late because its not year 1 or 2 of his tenure. This stage of his management should be about fine tuning but we've had not just a high turnover of players but of coaches and backroom staff. For me, there's been no evidence of an overall plan of how to run the academy, reserve team or the coaching as a whole.
