If the talks were to break down and things went t*ts up here, would there be a case for someone to take those responsible to court on the basis of their human rights being infringed, whereas, due to the Good Friday Agreement and the St. Andrews Accord which were signed by all concerned, parties are going back on their commitments, endangering the peace process and ultimately causing an undue detriment to the personal freedom of the ordinary citizen of this here wee pravince?
