Identifying a song

[MFletcher]

A while back, a few people on here were commending a particular song, notably for its opening. 'Song of the decade' etc. etc. and other such high praise. Anyway, I've managed to forget the name of the song. It has a quality opening section, nine beats repeated a few times.

 

And yes, I've had a look through the archives and found nothing. 'Panic Attack' sticks in my mind, but I've put that into Spotify and got nowhere.
