I have just completed

[Murphman]

Seven complete days without alcohol. I even went down the pub on Friday to see a mate over from Oz and drank coke.

 

It has been comfortably been the most boring week of my life but I intend to carry on for a while longer. It is quite scary how drinking becomes a habit, I drink loads but not to excess if you know what i mean, rarely get pissed, and never binge drink.

 

Hopefully the liver can get a break, lose a bit of weight and get the BP down, daily trips to the gym have been the order of the day too.

 

It's soooo f*cking boring though.....
