Jarg Armani Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Don't get why anyone could hate him really. He's not a great manager though.
Damian_de Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 He's alright and doing OK with Villa. Quite like him when BBC has him on for the world cup.
Minder78 Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 What f***ing match was he watching, "no way we should have lost" "there keeper made some world class saves" (one from Downing and one from Agbonlahor).........
Nerik Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Anyone has a clip of his reaction to the Insua handball incident? Thought he was going to burst a vein.
muleskinner Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 He talked out of his a*** in that interview so he did.
Dan Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Don't get why anyone could hate him really. He's not a great manager though. Nor me, its b*llocks really isn't it.
Clay Davis Posted December 29, 2009 Author Posted December 29, 2009 Nor me, its b*llocks really isn't it.post-match response in mind, of course. and his bouncing round when that insua 'pen' wasn't given
Sion Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 (edited) The Gareth Barry nonsense was enough to detest the horrible little man. What we did was nowhere near as bad as what he did countless times at Celtic but he got on his high horse and generally acted a dick. Edited December 29, 2009 by Sion
muleskinner Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Think he'll replace Ferguson. He won't, but it would be great if he did.

Funny how we expect the manager of every other club to be 100 per cent objective! You'd hardly expect him to say/act any differently than outlined above would you? Seriously? I think he's okay, bit of a hyper eejit, but he's far from the worst of them. And not doing a bad job either.
DanM Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 He's almost as good as moyes for that. *Lashes jacket*
Nebraska Red Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 he wears his heart on his sleeve and acts like a preening schmo. he comes across as an attention seeking prick who loves t olook hard done to. bad results are never his fault, his team never plays badly and so on. at least he was honest in his praise of Reina.
Ramón Benítez Hernández Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 I would gladly insert one of these in him.
Redkop Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 he comes across as an attention seeking prick who loves t olook hard done to. bad results are never his fault, his team never plays badly and so on. Spot on, describes the prick perfectly.
Andy @ Allerton Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 Can't stand him (Not sure I've mentioned it before ) Horrible, odious little creep that he is. All his bouncing around on the touchline, his hijacking of his studio time (Paid for by the general public) to launch an attack on LFC and Rafa. His continual bleating, whining, irritating voice. His pretend quietly spoken philosophical insights that are just more moaning, whiney, crying rubbish. Then he gives his press conference and apparantly his team should have won. Not perhaps could have won. Should have won and of course they were robbed and of course no doubt he 'didn't see' the clear and obvious penalty on Kuyt? Really can't stand him. I always used to loath him from his time at Leicester, but that turned into intense dislike once this horrible, stupid, whiney prick of a man got linked with managing us. Imagine those type of whiny press conferences with that gimp at the head of LFC?! Would be disgusting. As much as Souness mucked things up and as much as things haven't gone our way - our managers have always been of a certain ilk and this joker isn't one of them. He's actually an arrogant meff of a man - and if he isn't then he should get an oscar for looking like one.
Bailo Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 His wearing of boots annoys me. Why does a manager need boots on?
Nerik Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 To kick himself whenever Villa should win but end up losing? I am sure he also wears a cilice.
whitewidow Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 I always kind of end up with the image of him dancing in leather underpants a la Partridge - don't know why. It's not a pleasant thought.
