Wireless network card for a PC

Hey guys brought myself a top of the range PC with out a wireless network card... Was wondering if there is anything in particular i need?

 

Have a Virgin media connection and a Belikin N1 wireless router downstairs .... Found this

Is that all i need to install to get the PC up and running?

 

Also will it fit into the machine (i know you cant look yourselves but do these cards have the same problems a graphics card can have with not fitting?)
