Suggestions Please

Heading over with the two sons on Wednesday for the Wigan game & are staying overnight in the Novotel in the city centre. (Anyone any reports on this place - only opened in November) Where's a good spot for a bit of grub before we head for the match?

 

The eldest lad (21) has his mate coming over too & they intend going out 'clubbing'. They used to call them f***ing discos in my day - probably tea dances in Murph's. Any suggestion on this front? Anywhere to strictly avoid?

 

Have a few hours to kill the next day. Any suggestions as to where to take the youngster aged 10?
