Anyone work for Virgin Media?

cos I need some help in getting out of paying some s*** bill....

 

Rang them up today to say I am leaving them after 6 years with them.... they said ok... but told me I needed to return some s***ty scart tv box they sent me ages ago which I have now misplaced....

so they said if I don't return it then they will charge me £250 for the price of the box..... christ it was a s***ty scart box which never worked in the first place... must be worth about £20....

 

really want out of paying £250 when I am moving to a new house....

 

maybe I just needed an outlet.... but if anyone can put in a word at Virgin then I would be muchly appreciative
