DJS Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 Just had a look and sky sports have a 7:30pm-10pm broadcast slot on Wednesday night, and it's just called 'Football' - but there's no details about what's being featured. Anyone have any idea?
DJS Posted November 16, 2009 Author Posted November 16, 2009 Comical genius there mate. You should be on Channel 5.
Jarg Armani Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 Yeah i checked on Google images: Bad luck.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 France - Ireland It ain't going to be football
adiman Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 FFF are playing hard ball over selling the rights to RTE and Sky so no broadcast deal in place yet. Apparently payback for FAI selling first leg rights to M6 rather than FFF usual broadcast partner TF1 for 5 million euros. Talks are still ongoing apparently.
Des Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Ireland haven't a prayer anyway. Pointy Robbie won't be in South Africa.

Andy @ Allerton Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 In a complete turn-around with France and its fine peoples, I would like to add my support to their marvellous nation, it's cheeses, it's stripey shirts, it's lovely language and it's excellent football team. Let's hope Football wins on Wednesday and Ireland get battered 7-0. Viva La Francais. Or something.
